“And like a Hero who takes the stage when, we’re on the edge of our seats, saying it’s too late,
Well let me introduce you to grace, grace
God’s Grace
No matter the hurt, or how deep the wound is, no matter the pain, still the truth is, the cross has made, the cross has made you flawless.”

This morning on my jog walk, I heard this above quoted song and really loved it. The lyrics, the video, and the name especially.
Flawless

That is what I am looking for every moment of every day.
Like the flower I passed on my way down the street; a flawless southern magnolia, creamy white blossom with a hint of yellow in the center.

Like the little winged moth or butterfly I photographed on a yellow leaf, it’s bright green a beautiful contrast, creating a flawless photo.
Or like the dew on the grass, after a night of heavy rain when it has been dry and humid…the happy landscape refreshed with perfect droplets… a flawless climate.

Even an office I saw while walking around Durham…an interior design office that was bright, full of flawless natural bright light, decorated with swatches of fabric and drawings, and open to anyone who was passing by, giving a feel of friendliness and serenity.

There is “flawless”, not just in things that we see like flowers, stars or planets in space, but also in choices that we make such as our actions, like motherhood, fatherhood, and even childhood. Flawless is laughing, flawless is helping others, flawless is patience and humility. Flawless is hard work, honesty and integrity.

Flawless is a taste of heaven, right here right now. Allowing our minds to see perfection and appreciate it and be grateful for it, is indeed flawless.
