I am here trying out this platform for the first time. How do you like it? Do you have any suggestions for me? I am looking forward to learning all about how to work this. Nice to meet you. Oh…I am a personal trainer, writer with a journalism degree(minor in history) mom of five children, and an artist/photographer in my spare time. This is me in Colorado doing a workout video for fun.
